Our Story Is Your Story
Breanna brings ten years of hands-on experience in education operations within charter schools. She has served in a range of roles throughout her career, including Office Coordinator, Student Services Manager, Director of School Operations, and most recently Manager of Network Operations and Information Technology.
Her work across multiple regions, grade levels, and school models has given her a deep understanding of how strong systems create better experiences for students, staff, and families. Guided by her passion for service and her belief that effective operations fuel thriving schools, Breanna approaches every challenge with empathy, clarity, and purpose.
Through her years in the field, Breanna noticed how much a school’s operational strength depended on its systems, structures, and level of support. She founded OperateEDU to help close that gap wanting to empower operations teams with the tools, skills, and community needed to build sustainable, high-impact schools where every student, staff member, and family can thrive.
Breanna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University. She brings both analytical thinking and strategic leadership to her work, along with a deep commitment to helping every school run with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
